At a time of unprecedented growth, along with a continually shifting landscape, it’s important to come together to better understand how we are impacted as individuals, as leaders of our firms, and as people working to make a difference.

Both Bermuda and Sedona will be smaller, fully vaccinated summits with mostly outdoor venues to ensure the safety of our members and partners.
SEDONA

Set among majestic red rocks in a place with 1000’s of years of history, we will work with resource Charline Li to help us focus on our personal leadership strengths and communication skills and engage with renowned chef and farmer Dan Barber, architects D U S T, and a special panel to begin an exploration of the sources of value in design. Our desert experience will include unforgettable group hikes, mountain bike rides, and outdoor yoga along with dinners under the stars. Learn more here.

Postponed
Set in a quiet salvation surrounded by sweeping ocean views and pink sands, our program will feature star Harvard Business School professor Boris Groysberg who will help us hone our skills building the teams we all dream to have and includes time with colleagues to work on our own business challenges in small forums. Our island experience will include private tours, dinners at unique homes, and a special beach evening.
